As long as you work under someone...
No matter how hard you work, you will always be poor.
Unless you have the will to venture into business.

"Moderate" is also a tough life.
As long as we're living in a debt-free life with sufficient saving for our retirement.
No Car loan, House loan, ASB loan, Ptptn Loan, Credit card dll..
We are happy.
